Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or washed bedding

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item was a gift, the refund may be issued as store credit.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
